▶ Why Dual Vortex Washing? Two-Stage Cleaning Is the Difference Between "Washed" and "Ready-to-Cook Grade"
Single-tank washing leaves sand trapped in leaf folds and cut surfaces. The double vortex washing system on this ready-to-cook vegetable processing line works in two deliberate stages:
● Rough wash (tank 1): high-energy vortex turbulence detaches soil, grit and foreign matter from every surface, including the folds of leafy greens that brush washers cannot reach.
● Fine rinse (tank 2): calmer counter-flow lifts residual particles and lets clean product float out gently — protecting delicate leaves and cut pieces from bruising that shortens shelf life.
● The result: visibly cleaner product, less sediment carry-over into the dryer, longer chilled shelf life and a washing process that is easier to audit for food-safety programs — the standard RTC and pre-cooked food buyers expect from their suppliers.
